About Wilderness Wellness.

I cultivate medicinal plants and create herbal remedies, offering postpartum support and wellness coaching. Being a mom with ADHD myself and sharing life with a neurodivergent partner, I deeply understand the unique challenges this journey can bring. With a decade of experience as a registered nurse, I approach my clients with safety awareness, knowledge, compassion and a commitment to helping you find balance.

Throughout my nursing career, I realized that our healthcare system often resembles firefighting after the fact, while my true passion lies in prevention— stopping a forest fire before it starts. I am dedicated to empowering my clients to recognize their own strength and take charge of the modifiable health risks in their lives.

My philosophy centers not on restricting behaviors but on enriching life with nourishing, healthy choices—so that naturally, the less beneficial habits fade away. By approaching yourself with curiosity, kindness, and openness, you can overcome barriers you once thought insurmountable. I utilize motivational interviewing and the change theory model.

Helping and healing my community feels both a heritage and a calling, one I am honored to pursue every day.
