Craniosacral Fascia Therapy

A gentle hands-on therapy that combines Craniosacral therapy that focuses on supporting and nourishing the Central Nervous system; and Myofascial release that gently releases restrictions causing pain and reduced range of motion. I offer this for newborns to crawlers and pregnancy and nursing mothers.
Post-Partum Nutritional Support
Starting at $1890
Post-partum nutritional support includes one initial nutritional consult, three 4-hour in-home cooking sessions to prepare and fill your freezer before your baby arrives, and then three 4-hour in-home meal prep visits every two weeks postpartum. I will leave your kitchen sparkling clean. The total cost is $1890.
Wellness Coaching
Starting $75/hour
Coaching starts with a free initial consult to review your full health history, explore your goals, and identify any barriers. I’m here to support you as you confidently and intuitively navigate your wellness journey. Individual sessions are $75/hour, or choose the bundling monthly plan with 4 weekly sessions for $250 ($50 savings).
