A custom tea blend is a labor of love — the kind of remedy I would offer friends and family without hesitation whenever someone struggled with dis- ease. Carefully crafted your health goals and health history in mind. I personally use this blend a tea with you in mind with loving intention. We begin with a 30 min visit about your personal health goals and health history. Then I take that into consideration and blend a tea just for you.
Please remember to consult with a qualified provider prior to using any herbal products especially while pregnant and/or nursing.
Steep length dependent on your herbal blend, enjoy a single hot cup or prepare half a gallon at a time. I use about 2 TBS. (5 grams) a cup or a heaping spoon full.
