If you are like me you are trying to avoid Tylenol and other over the counter medications for helping with the pain of teething. My little one loved this tea. I would make a mug at a time. For the early teething I would mix breast milk and this tea and make tiny teething popsicles with the silicone teething pouches or soak a rag and put in the freezer for my little one to chew on to relieve the teething pains. Once they were older the would enjoy 2 oz of hot tea with me as I enjoyed a cup of tea myself. This is over all a delightful tea that me and my husband both enjoy drinking with our little one.
Instructions: Steep herbs for 5-10 min in boiling water. Serve warm with honey as cup of tea, freeze on a teething rag for a cold soothing teether, mix with breast milk and freeze serve in a silicone teething feeder.
